We’ve spent two decades hosting award ceremonies and launches for Food Lifestyle and the Trencherman’s Guide at prestigious hotels and restaurants, which has develop long-standing relationships with chefs and restaurateurs. We’ve also presented on stage at numerous food festivals.
Our day-to-day involvement in the scene has helped us develop in-depth knowledge of hospitality operations and marketing.

We publish Indy Coffee Guides for all regions of the UK, have a committee of speciality coffee experts in each area and hold launch parties for the guides, so have friendships and contacts across the speciality coffee scene. This coffee expertise led to us producing monthly email newsletters for Sanremo Coffee Machines, creating a newspaper for Coffee House Project coffee festival in Bristol, designing materials and merch for Manchester Slurpfest, and Nick presenting at the international Re:co Symposium coffee conference.
