We’ve published two Indy Cafe Cookbooks over the past few years which showcase stonking recipes from some of the UK and Ireland’s best speciality coffee shops. As publishers of the award-winning Independent Coffee Guides series we’ve been table hopping across the best cafe’s in the UK for the past nine years and encountered some incredible dishes which we persuaded their owners to share with us.
The books are a curation of banging brunches, colourful lunches, creative bakes and caffeine-infused cocktails from leading lights such as Atkinsons in Lancaster, Established in Belfast, Origin in Cornwall, Extract in Bristol and Cairngorm in Edinburgh.
