Boxing clever
The Butchers at Darts Farm have top quality ingredients at their finger tips and innovative ideas to help their customers enhance their home cooking – the challenge is presenting new concepts in a jump-off-the-shelves manner. Master Butchers Philip and Alastair asked us to take their new salt beef curing kit and package it in a way that would be enticing and accessible for their customers. Using a particularly drool-worthy image of the Butchers’ finest beef brisket from our recent shoot with Nick Hook as a starting point, we set to work.
Inspired by the rustic textures and bold colours of the butchery itself, they created something which reflected the curing process and which looked perfectly on-brand in the butchery environment.
